RICE WITH TUNA

RICE WITH TUNA

RECIPE:

  • ½ kg of tuna chunks.
  • 1 onion.
  • ½ red pepper.
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic.
  • Parsley.
  • 1 grated tomato.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Red pepper.
  • Oil.
  • ½ glass of white wine.
  • 100 grams of peas.
  • 400 grams of rice.
  • 1 liter of water or fish broth.

Cut the onion and red pepper and cook them in the pan with a little bit of oil. Separately, we make a minced with the garlic, parsley, tomato, a pinch of salt and red pepper. When the onion is cooked, add the minced and fry everything together for a minute. Add the peas and half a glass of wine. When the wine has evaporated, add the water or fish broth and let it boil for approximately 5 minutes. Then, add the tuna and let it boil for another 5 minutes. Next, throw in the rice and let it boil for 12 to 14 minutes. Add salt to taste and we have rice with tuna.
