A good and healthy way to cook "galeres" is by baking them. They retain all their flavour and aroma, and it is a healthy and easy way to cook them.

Ingredients for "galeres"

  • "Galeres".
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Olive oil.

First, preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Then, rinse the "galeres" under water to remove any seaweed or mud that may be left, ensuring they are clean and ready to cook. Season the lobsters with salt and pepper to taste, and place them on the chosen baking tray. Once they are well arranged, drizzle a good amount of olive oil over them and place them in the oven. They don’t take long to cook, around 10 minutes, though you can adjust the time to your taste. Once out of the oven, they will be ready to eat. Enjoy!
