LITTLE OCTOPUS WITH ONION

We make the little octopus with onion using a recipe that a good friend of the house told us and that if you try, you will be delighted.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of little octopus.
- 3 onions.
- 6 or 7 garlics.
- ½ glass of white wine.
- Pepper.
- 100 ml of olive oil.
- 1 red tomato.
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
We will clean the little octopus very clean and empty them. We will leave them in the strainer. Meanwhile, peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into slices and put the whole garlic. We will add the oil to the pan, and we will add the onion, the garlic, the tomato, a drop of white wine and the pepper and we will cover it. Add the teaspoon of sugar and wait for it to boil; when it does we will let it go on medium heat for half an hour, more or less. After half an hour, uncover and wait for the little remaining stock to evaporate until it is done.
